In recruitment, it's essential to share candidate information with clients securely and efficiently. ATZ CRM provides a feature called Client Portal Link, which allows recruiters to share candidate details in a controlled and organized manner. This eliminates the need to send multiple emails and ensures a smooth sharing process.
In this guide, we will show you how to generate a Client Portal Link in ATZ CRM, customize the data visible to the client, and even protect the link with a passcode for added security.
Step 1: Access the Job Posting
Start by navigating to the specific job posting you want to submit candidates for. For example, if you're recruiting for a Software Developer role, open the job listing in ATZ CRM.
Step 2: Submit Candidates
Once you’re in the job posting, locate the Submit Candidates button. Clicking on this will allow you to select which candidates to share with your client.
Share via Email: You can opt to send an email with up to 15 resumes attached. Simply click to email the selected candidates' resumes directly to your client.
Share via Online Candidate List: Alternatively, you can share candidates using an online portal. Click on the Online Candidate List option, which will generate a unique URL that you can share with your client.
NOTE: The job must have a primary contact with an email address; without it, Step 2 cannot proceed.
Step 3: Sharing the Link
Once you've selected the candidates and customized the visibility settings, you're ready to share the client portal link.
Copy the Link: Once the Online Candidate List is generated, copy the link provided. This URL is unique to the job posting and will give your client access to view the candidate list.
Send the Link: You can either send this link via email or share it directly with your client through any communication method you prefer.
Step 4: Customizing Data Visibility
After generating the online candidate list, you have the ability to control which candidate information is visible to your client. This customization is useful for ensuring only the relevant details are shared.
Enable/Disable Candidate Visibility: You can choose which candidates' profiles are visible to the client by toggling the visibility on or off.
Step 5: Protecting the Link with a Passcode (Optional)
For extra security, you may wish to restrict access to the client portal link by setting a passcode. This ensures that only your client can access the list.
Go to Admin Settings: Head to the Admin Settings section of ATZ CRM and go to the account section.
Set Passcode for Public Pages: Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and select Set Passcode for Public Pages. Here, you'll find an option to protect the Submit Candidates List link with a passcode.
Enter a Passcode: Type a six-digit passcode ( for e.g., 123456) and save the changes. This passcode will be required for anyone trying to access the client portal link.
Share the Passcode: Provide your client with the passcode so they can open the link and view the candidate details securely.
