This guide explains how to enable third-party email sync for Microsoft Office365/Outlook or Zoho email accounts before connecting them to ATZ CRM. This step ensures compatibility with ATZ CRM’s email integration via Nylas.
Enabling Email Sync for Office365/Outlook
Access Outlook on the Web
Go to Outlook Web and sign in with your Office365/Outlook email address and password.
Open Settings
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Select View all Outlook settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Sync Email
Click Mail in the settings menu.
Select Sync email.
Enable POP/IMAP
Scroll down to the POP and IMAP section.
Under POP options, select Yes to enable third-party access.
Click Save to confirm changes.
Completion
Your Office365/Outlook account is now configured for third-party email sync and ready to connect to ATZ CRM.
Enabling Email Sync for Zoho
Access Zoho Mail
Log in to your Zoho Mail account at Zoho Mail.
Open Settings
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Locate Mail Accounts
Scroll down to the Mail Accounts section in the settings menu.
Click the IMAP Access link.
Enable IMAP Access
Select the Zoho mail account you want to connect to ATZ CRM.
In the account settings, click the IMAP tab.
Check the IMAP Access box to enable it.

Your Zoho account is now configured for third-party email sync and ready to connect to ATZ CRM.
