The Client Portal in ATZ CRM gives your clients access to manage job requisitions and view jobs submitted from your team. As an organization user, you can invite your contacts to join the portal directly from ATZ CRM.
Note: The Client Portal is an add-on feature of ATZ CRM, available separately from the standard ATZ CRM subscription. For details on accessing this feature or pricing, contact our support team via the in-app chat or email us at support@atzcrm.com.
Steps to Invite a Contact
Login to ATZ CRM.
Navigate to the Contacts section.
This is where all your saved client contacts are listed.
Open the contact’s details page.
Click on the contact’s name to view their profile.
Click on the three-dot menu (⋮).
If the contact belongs to an organization and has a valid email, you’ll see the Invite to Client Portal option here.
If you don’t see the option, check whether the contact has an email address and is linked to an organization.
Select “Invite to Client Portal.”
Once clicked, the system will send an email invitation to the contact with a link to join the portal.
What Happens on the Client Side
The contact receives an email invitation with a Join Client Portal button.
When they click the button:
They’ll be taken to the Client Portal sign-up page.
After sign-up, they are redirected to the Client Portal app.
Inside the portal, the client can:
Manage job requisitions
View all jobs submitted from ATZ CRM
They will also get a login link email that can be used to log in again later.
Notes & Tips
Only contacts with a valid email address and linked to an organization can be invited.
Invitations are sent instantly via email.
If the client does not see the invitation, ask them to check their spam/junk folder.
