This guide explains how to create tailored email sequences and campaigns effortlessly using Generative AI in ATZ CRM, saving you time and ensuring personalized communication with candidates and contacts.



Overview


With Generative AI, powered by ChatGPT, you can generate email sequences customized to your business needs, audience, tone, and language. AI automates the creation process, but always review the output for accuracy.



Steps to Generate Email Sequences Using AI



1. Initiate Sequence Creation

  • When creating a sequence for candidates or contacts in ATZ CRM, select the Create Sequence Using AI option.





2. Enter Your Prompt

  • In the prompt box, specify details such as:

    • Goal: E.g., candidate outreach, job promotion.

    • Use Case: E.g., initial contact, follow-up.

    • Audience: E.g., software engineers, hiring managers.

    • Tone: E.g., professional, friendly.

    • Language: E.g., English, Spanish.

  • Tip: The more detailed your prompt, the more accurate and relevant the generated sequence will be.





3. Generate the Sequence

  • Click the Send button to generate the sequence.

  • By default, AI creates sequences with 5 to 6 steps.




4. Regenerate the Sequence

  • To create a new sequence, click the Regenerate button to start over with a fresh output.

  • Alternatively, regenerate individual steps by selecting the specific step’s Regenerate option.




5. Edit and Customize

  • Before saving, edit any step in the sequence or add new steps manually.

  • Warning: If you manually add steps before using AI, generating an AI sequence will overwrite the manual steps. A warning message will appear to confirm this action.



6. Save and Enroll

  • Once satisfied with the sequence, click Save and enroll the relevant candidate or contact records to start the campaign.




Important Notes


  • AI Accuracy: ATZ CRM uses ChatGPT for AI sequence generation, which is still improving. Always double-check the generated content for accuracy and relevance, as it may occasionally be misleading or incorrect.
  • Compliance: Ensure email sequences comply with email protection policies (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC, low spam rate). Refer to Email Protection Policies.

  • Yes, you can fully edit and customize AI-generated sequences before saving or enrolling records.



2. Does it support multiple languages?

  • Yes, sequences can be generated in any language specified in your prompt (e.g., a Spanish prompt generates a Spanish sequence).



3. Is there a usage limit for this feature?

  • The AI-Assist feature has a monthly limit of 2 million tokens per user, equivalent to approximately 400,000–450,000 words in English (assuming 5 characters per word). Token usage varies by language and content.
