This guide will walk you through the simple steps to post a job on LinkedIn using ATZ CRM, ensuring that your job reaches the right candidates quickly and efficiently. Whether you're hiring for one position or multiple, the process is quick, convenient, and streamlined. Let's get started!

Option 1. How to Post a Job on LinkedIn (with Integration to ATZ CRM):
Step 1: Log into your LinkedIn account.
Open LinkedIn in your browser or app.
Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Go to the Jobs section.
Click on the Jobs tab from your LinkedIn homepage.
Select Post a Free Job to begin the job posting process.
Step 3: Generate the Job Description.
You can choose to generate the job description using AI, if desired.
After generating or entering the description, click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Link to ATZ CRM for Applicant Tracking.
Ensure that you want applicants to be redirected to your ATZ CRM candidate section.
Enable the Job Application Link option in the job posting settings to direct applicants to the ATZ CRM application page.
Step 5: Copy and Paste the Job Application Link.
Once the job status is set to Open, copy the Job Application Link from ATZ CRM.
Paste this link into the field that asks, "Where do you want to receive applicants?" Make sure to choose the option for receiving applicants “at an external website”.
Step 6: Complete Job Posting.
Fill in the necessary details like job location, company name, and job type.
After adding the job application link, click Continue to finalize and post the job.
Step 7: Receive Applicants in ATZ CRM.
As candidates apply through the job application link, their profiles will be displayed in the Candidate Section of ATZ CRM.
You can review all applicants and track their application progress directly in ATZ CRM.
Option 2. How to Share a Job on LinkedIn Using the Share Button:
Step 1: Log into your ATZ CRM Account.
Step 2: Go to the Jobs section, select any job, and navigate to the job detail page. Ensure that the Job Application form is “Enabled” for sharing.
Step 3: Click on the Share button. This will allow you to share the job post directly to your LinkedIn feed or send it to others.
Step 4: Add a Description or message to the post, if desired.
Step 5: As candidates apply, their details will appear in the Candidate Section within ATZ CRM.
Step 6: Click Post to share the job on LinkedIn.
