This guide details how to use the AI Call Transcript Generator in ATZ CRM, powered by the Whisper ASR system, to record, transcribe, and analyze calls. This feature is available only on the Business Plan.
Overview
The AI Call Transcript Generator provides a seamless way to record calls, generate accurate transcriptions, and extract actionable insights, enhancing communication with candidates and contacts.
Generating Call Transcripts
1. During a Call
While initiating a call in ATZ CRM, toggle ON the Record Call option.
Check the Generate Call Transcript box to enable transcription.
2. Accessing the Transcript
After the call ends, locate the recording in the Call Logs tab of the candidate’s or contact’s profile page.
Click View Transcription button next to the call recording to access the transcription.
3. Transcribing Past Calls
For previously recorded calls, navigate to the call recording in the Call Logs tab.
Click the View Transcription button and select Generate Transcript from the pop-up to create the transcript.
Navigating and Using the Transcript
1. Viewing and Searching
Click View Transcription to open a pop-up with the full transcript.
Search for specific words or timecodes within the transcript for quick reference.
2. Exporting Options
Copy: Copy the entire transcript to your clipboard.
Export: Download the transcript as a .txt file for external use.
Enhancing Transcripts with AI
1. Using AI Assist
Click the AI Assist button to:
Extract Key Points: Identify critical discussion points from the transcript.
Summarize: Generate a concise summary of the call.
Improve: Refine the transcript for clarity or formatting.
2. Post-Generation Options
After AI processing, choose to:
Copy: Copy the generated result (e.g., summary or key points).
Replace: Update the Call Log Note in ATZ CRM with the generated content.
Regenerate: Refine the result further if needed.

1. Is there a duration limit for call transcription?
The feature supports calls up to 25 MB, equivalent to approximately 1 to 1.5 hours of audio, ensuring efficient transcription processing.
2. What languages are supported?
The transcription feature supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, and more. See the full list for details.
3. Can I transcribe past calls?
Yes, you can generate transcripts for previously recorded calls from the Notes & Calls module at any time.
4. How accurate is the transcription?
The Whisper ASR system provides high accuracy, trained on extensive data. Accuracy may vary based on audio clarity and language spoken.
