ATZ CRM makes it easy to review candidates and provide feedback on those shared with you by your recruiter. With a few simple steps, you can update candidate statuses, leave remarks, and ensure smooth collaboration with the recruiting team.

In this blog, we’ll walk you through the steps to submit your feedback for the candidates you’ve received through ATZ CRM.

Steps to Submit Feedback on Candidates in ATZ CRM

Step 1: Receive the Candidate List Link

  • You will receive an email from the recruiter containing a link to the list of candidates.

  • This link will direct you to the shared list of candidates that have been shortlisted for a specific job position.

Step 2: Click on the Link to View the Candidate List

  • Click on the provided link in your email to view the shortlisted candidates.

  • In our case, the job is for a Senior Marketer, and all candidates for this role will appear in the shared link or any other specific job position.

Step 3: Review Candidates and Add Feedback

  • Once you're on the candidate page, you can update the Hiring Stage of each candidate based on your evaluation. For example, you can move a candidate from "Interview" to "Hired" or "Not Selected" depending on your decision.

  • You can also leave remarks for each candidate to help the recruiting team understand your thoughts on the candidate’s suitability. For example, you might leave a note like:

    • "Not selected. Will interview this candidate again in the next season."

  • If you do not want to update the stage but still want to leave feedback, you can add your remarks without making any stage changes. The feedback will be recorded without altering the candidate’s status.

Step 4: Feedback and Stage Changes Are Recorded

  • Once you update the hiring stage or add feedback, these changes are automatically recorded in ATZ CRM.

  • Your remarks will appear on the candidate’s profile, which the recruiting team will be able to review.
