Job Discovery and Registration Process
The Candidate Portal connects directly to ATZ CRM Career Pages, allowing candidates to browse open positions. To apply, candidates must register or log in.
Here’s how it works:
Exploring Job Listings: Candidates can view all available job postings without an account.
Registration:
Candidates fill out a simple registration form.
A verification link is sent to their email for verification.
After verifying, candidates are directed to the Onboarding Form to complete their profile.
Onboarding Form
Upon registration, candidates are prompted to complete an Onboarding Form to provide key details for their profile.
The form is linked to the Profile Update Form in ATZ CRM, customizable via Admin Settings to capture relevant hiring information.
Candidates submit the form to gain access to their personalized dashboard.
Candidate Dashboard
The Candidate Dashboard is the central hub where candidates manage their job applications and profiles. It includes:
Application Overview: A snapshot of total applications and their current stages (e.g., Assigned, Selected, Rejected, Hired).
Job Application History: A summary of all applied positions and their statuses.
Available Jobs: A list of open roles candidates can apply for.
Job Application Process
Candidates can apply for jobs directly from the portal by clicking the “Apply” button, ensuring a straightforward and engaging application experience.
Two-Step Application Review
The two-step review process allows candidates to verify and refine their application details before submission, improving accuracy and enhancing transparency.
