ATZ CRM makes it easy to share jobs with your clients through the Client Portal. Once shared, clients can view candidate lists directly online, making collaboration seamless.
Note: The Client Portal is an add-on feature of ATZ CRM, available separately from the standard ATZ CRM subscription. For details on accessing this feature or pricing, contact our support team via the in-app chat or email us at support@atzcrm.com.
Steps to Share a Job
Login to ATZ CRM and navigate to the Jobs page.
head to the Jobs section from the main menu.
Select the job you want to share.
Choose the relevant job from the list of active jobs.
Ensure the primary contact is added and part of the active organization on the Client Portal.
Jobs can only be shared if the client’s primary contact exists and is linked to an organization that’s active on the portal.
This can also be checked from job's details page and edit job page.
Go to the Job Details page and click “Submit Candidate.”
This is where you manage submissions for that particular job.
Select the “Online Candidate List” option.
Choosing this option shares the job with the client through the Client Portal.
Job shared!
Once clicked, the job will be instantly shared to the all organization’s contact which is active on client portal via the Client Portal.
Notes & Tips
Make sure the contact is active on the Client Portal before sharing.
Jobs shared via the Online Candidate List appear immediately on the client’s portal view.
If clients can’t see the shared job, ask them to refresh their portal dashboard.
✨ That’s it! Your job is now shared with your client via the Client Portal.
