Email Sequencing Analytics in ATZ CRM

Created by Armaan Malik, Modified on Tue, 17 Jun at 7:04 PM by Armaan Malik

Evaluating the success of your email sequences is essential for improving engagement and optimizing outreach.

In this article, we’ll break down the key statistics used to measure sequence performance and explain how each metric is calculated.

1. Total Enrollment

This represents the total number of prospects who were enrolled in the sequence or a particular step — including those who were later unenrolled manually or automatically.

Formula:
Total Enrollment = Active Enrollments + Unenrolled Prospects

2. Open Rate

The percentage of sent emails that were opened by recipients.

Formula:
Open Rate = (Total Emails Opened × 100) ÷ Total Emails Sent

This gives you insight into the subject line effectiveness and initial engagement.

3. Reply Rate

The percentage of emails that received a response from the recipient.

Formula:
Reply Rate = (Total Emails Replied × 100) ÷ Total Emails Sent

This helps measure the quality of content and relevance of your outreach.

4. Unsubscribe Rate

The percentage of recipients who opted out from the sequence.

Formula:
Unsubscribe Rate = (Total Unsubscribes × 100) ÷ Total Enrolled Prospects

A high unsubscribe rate may indicate issues with frequency, relevance, or messaging tone.

These metrics help you assess performance at both the sequence and step level, enabling you to iterate and optimize future campaigns more effectively.

Hope this helps :)
