How to Add Contacts & Organizations Using the ATZ CRM Chrome Extension

Looking to save LinkedIn contacts and their organizations directly to your ATZ CRM with just a few clicks? This guide will walk you through the simple process of using the ATZ CRM Chrome Extension to seamlessly capture both contact and organization details—right from LinkedIn!

Step 1: Open the Chrome Extension

First thing, make sure the ATZ CRM Chrome Extension is installed and active in your browser. Here’s the link to install the chrome extension of ATZ CRM:

1. Visit any LinkedIn profile.

2. Open the CRM extension by clicking on the icon in your browser toolbar.

3. The extension will automatically fetch the candidate or contact's data from the profile you’re on.

Step 2: Save as Contact

Once the data is fetched, you’ll have:

• Save as a Contact: Ideal for CRM or business relationships.

To save the person:

• Simply click the “Save as Contact”  button.

• The contact will now be saved and displayed within your CRM.

Step 3: Link with an Organization

Let’s say the person is currently working at a company like Amazon. The extension can also detect and save the organization details:

1. Click on the “Organization” tab in the extension.

2. The extension will pull two things in company info such as:

   • Organisation Details.

     • Organization name

     • Website

     • Location

• Contact Details.

3. Click “Save Organization and Contact” to store it in ATZ CRM.

4. If the organization already exists, the contact will be linked to the existing record (no duplication would be created!).

Smart Duplicate Detection

Worried about creating duplicates? No need!

• If the contact already exists, the system will detect it and prevent duplication on the basis of the parameters such as Linkedin Url, phone no., email etc.

• If you're adding a new contact with the same organization, it will link them under the same organization.

What Happens If You’re Only on a Company Page?

If you’re browsing a company’s LinkedIn page (e.g., Amazon profile):

• The extension will only fetch the organization's data.

• You won’t get contact information unless you visit an individual’s profile.

In short:

• From a company page = Save organization only.

• From a person’s profile = Save organization + contact (if data is available).
