This article will walk you through the process of selecting an individual candidate, pitching them to a contact, and monitoring the pitch status in ATZ CRM.
Steps to Pitch an Individual Candidate:
Step 1: Navigate to the Candidate Profile
> Go to the candidate list in ATZ CRM.
> Select the candidate you want to pitch.
Step 2: Initiate the Pitch:
> Click on the 'Pitch' button.
Step 3 : Identify the Target Contact:
> Choose the contact to whom you want to pitch the selected candidate.
> Confirm the contact details and finalize the pitch.
You will also have the option to Send Email while pitching the candidates to the contact. Use that option to send an email to the contact. You can select the Candidate Fields you want to share with the contact.
The Sent Email can be tracked in the Related Emails tab of Contact Detail Page.
Step 4: Confirmation of Pitch:
> Once pitched, the system will display a confirmation.
> You will see the candidate marked as 'Pitched' under the contact's activity log.
