Customizing activity templates in ATZ CRM helps streamline tasks by creating predefined structures for notes, activities, and tasks. This ensures consistency, saves time, and enhances collaboration. Whether for interviews, follow-ups, or feedback, activity templates capture key details efficiently. This guide will show you how to create, update, and delete templates for effective use in activities and notes.


Creating a Custom Activity Template in ATZ CRM


  1. Access the Template Section:

    • Navigate to the Settings section and select Activity Template Customization.




  1. Create a New Template:

    • Click on the Create New Template button.



  • Name the template (e.g., 'Interview Template', 'Follow-Up Call Template'), and also name the entity and the 'Template For' as 'Activity'.

  • Save the new activity template.



Updating a Custom Activity Template in ATZ CRM


  1. Find the Template to Edit:

    • Navigate to the Activity Template Customization section and locate the template you want to update.

  2. Edit the Template:

    • Click on the Edit button next to the template.

    • Save the updated template by clicking Save Changes.

Deleting a Custom Activity Template in ATZ CRM


  1. Locate the Template:

    • In the Activity Template Customization section, find the template you wish to delete.

  2. Delete the Template:

    • Click Delete next to the template.

    • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

How to Use Activity Templates in ATZ CRM?


  1. Using Templates in Activities:

    • When creating a new activity (e.g., an interview), click on Insert Template.

    • Select the desired activity template (e.g., “Interview Template”).



  • The predefined content from the template will be inserted into the activity creation form (e.g., questions to ask during the interview).

  • Add any additional details, and save the activity.



  1. Using Templates in Notes:

    • While adding notes for an entity, you can use the Insert Template option.

    • Select the note template (e.g., “Candidate Feedback Template”).



  • The selected template body will be inserted.

  • Save the note after entering the details.
