Customizing Field Visibility and Arrangement

Welcome to the ATZ CRM Help Guide! This guide will walk you through customizing Field Visibility and Field Arrangement for entities (e.g., Name ,Email, Contacts, Resume etc) in your CRM system.


When you log in to ATZ CRM, you'll see different sections such as Jobs, Contacts, Organisations, and Candidates. Each section contains specific fields tailored to manage and organize information efficiently:


  • Jobs: Tracks job openings, job descriptions, status updates, and application deadlines.

  • Contacts: Manages individual contact details and interaction history.

  • Organisations: Stores company or client-related information.

  • Candidates: Tracks job applicant details and their application status.


Step 1 : Go to ATZ CRM then  click on the candidates section(the process is same for all the sections)


Once in the selected section, you will see the available fields highlighted on the interface. These fields represent the core data points associated with the section.

 



Step 2: Click on the edit columns option on the top right 




Step 3: You will get the various fields on your screen where you can 



1. To Disable A Field:


To remove a field, simply toggle the switch off for the desired field. 

However, please note that the field NAME is default and can not be removed*

NOTE : Only custom fields can be enabled or disabled 



2. To Enable A Field:


To add a field, toggle the switch on for the specific field you wish to include.



3. Arranging Field Order:


You can arrange the order of the fields by dragging them up or down according to your preferences and requirements.




Step 4 : Click on save and the fields are arranged as per your choice
