This guide explains how to manage and customize job statuses in ATZ CRM to effectively track and organize your recruitment process.

Overview

ATZ CRM allows you to use predefined job statuses, create custom statuses, and filter jobs based on their current status. Job statuses help you manage workflows and control job visibility on external job boards.

Predefined Job Statuses

The following statuses are available by default and cannot be edited or deleted, as they drive key events within ATZ CRM:

  • Open: Indicates active jobs that are currently accepting applications.

  • Won: Indicates jobs that are completed .

  • On Hold: Indicates jobs that are temporarily paused.

  • Lost: Indicates jobs that have been withdrawn or called off.

Customizing Job Statuses

1. Access Admin Settings

  • Navigate to Admin Settings > Job Status Customization in the ATZ CRM interface.

2. Select a Predefined Status

  • Choose a status (Open, On Hold, Lost or Won) from the predefined list to apply to a job.

3. Create Custom Statuses

  • Click the Add Job Status button to add your own job statuses.

  • Define new statuses to reflect your recruitment workflow (e.g., “Under Review,” “Interview Stage”).

  • Save your changes to make custom statuses available for use.

Managing Job Visibility

Jobs with a status other than Won/Lost are considered Active and will be automatically posted to free job boards (e.g., ZipRecruiter, Dr Job, JobRapido, Jora, etc) if the Job Application Form Link is enabled.

To prevent a job from appearing on the jobs page or external job boards, ensure one of the following:

  • Set the job status to Won/Lost.

  • Disable the Job Application Form Link for the job.
