How to Set Up and Manage Screening Questions in ATZ CRM

Recruiters often need a way to streamline candidate selection. ATZ CRM provides a feature that allows recruiters to create and customize screening questions efficiently. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.

Step 1: Accessing the Screening Questions Section

  1. Log in to your ATZ CRM account.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  1. Select Career Page settings.

  1. Locate the Candidate Questions section.

  2. Click on Add Question to begin.

Step 2: Adding Screening Questions

  1. Click on Add Question.

  2. Enter the question you want candidates to answer.

  3. Select where you want this question to be displayed (e.g., Job Application Form, Profile Update Form, or Career Connect Form).

  4. Choose whether the field should be Required or Optional.

  5. Save your changes.

Step 3: Setting Up Question Visibility

You can control where screening questions appear in the hiring process:

1. Display on Job Application Form

  • When enabled, the question appears on job application forms.

  • To activate:

    1. Select Visible on Job Application Form.

    2. Candidates applying through the ATZ CRM job application link will see the question.

    3. Required questions will be indicated accordingly.


NOTE: You can override questions for each Job using Job Specific Application Form. 


2. Display on Profile Update Form

  • This option allows candidates to answer questions while updating their profiles.

  • To enable:

    1. Go to Profile Update Form Visibility.

    2. Turn on the visibility setting for the question.

    3. When candidates use the profile update link, their existing details will be pre-filled, and they can answer any additional questions.

3. Display on Career Connect Form

Career Connect allows candidates to submit their details without applying for a specific job.

  • To enable:

    • Navigate to Admin Settings.

    • Open Career Connect Form Settings.

    • Locate the question and enable its visibility.


Step 4: Viewing Candidate Responses

Once candidates answer screening questions, their responses can be reviewed by recruiters:

  1. Go to the Candidates section.

  1. Select a candidate’s profile

  1. Open the Questions tab.

  1. View the responses alongside their application details.


Using screening questions in ATZ CRM helps recruiters evaluate applicants more efficiently. Following the steps above, you can customize, manage, and review screening questions to ensure you attract the right candidates for each role.
